I sent roses to a colleague's home for a birthday present. Our team had a budget that we were able to keep to because the Bloomex flowers are not overpriced. However they are great quality. Our team member loved the present including the vase, which she will be able to keep for the future. We were given good customer service and on top of that we ordered on a Friday and took advantage of the Friday specials. Thank you for the great product and customer service

I made an order and did a couple of changes after. I rang the customer service and the lady who helped me was just great. Her name was Jay and she was very helpful. Overall great service!

I have ordered gifts previously through Bloomex. Their descriptions have been accurate. My 93yr Dad loves em...He has a sweet tooth (several) Delivery dates have always been as promised. Great organization to deal with

Massive shout out to Ann for her amazing assistance today! I was having some issues placing my order and accessed the live chat for help. Ann came to my aid and asked me if I would like to speak with her on the phone and place my order via phone and offered a discount. As I am profound deaf and couldn't use a phone to speak with Ann, she helped me through the entire process via the live chat to complete my order, and she didn't forget the discount! I posted earlier but took down my previous review. Looking at the reviews can be helpful but companies do change. My order was delayed and yes I was a bit upset. But they made up for it by adding a treat in and my mother was delighted when they arrived.

We were so grateful to Bloomex Melbourne for the absolutely stunning flowers at our wedding. All the floral arrangements were exactly what we imagined, elegant, fresh, and beautifully arranged.

The flowers I received were lovely and fresh, and what I really liked was that each stem was in it's own little water tube. My gift also came with a sweet bear. They were boxed beautifully. Delivery person rant the bell and left them on the front porch, due to Covid-19 social distancing. I will definitely be using Bloomex in the future. Highly recommended.

What I received from Bloomex was far more than I expected. The bouquet of pink carnations was fresh, full, and beautifully arranged. The thoughtful extras — from the “I Love You” balloon to the birthday card and sweet treats — made the whole surprise incredibly special.
